Rendez-vous Rustico showcases Acadian culture during the last weekend of July. For an entire weekend, the organizing committee plans entertaining activities on the site of the Cymbria Lions Club in Rustico. The festival features a variety of island and out-of-province artists, as well as artisans and interpreters of local historical heritage. They also highlight cultural ambassadors from the Aboriginal community.
The sea view and proximity to historic facilities and north shore beaches make this one of the best locations in the province for this kind of activity. Rendez-vous Rustico is taking place from Friday, July 26 to Sunday, July 28.
